Production Supervisor - safety and training (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Madison. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 663 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
