Production Supervisor - safety and training (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Ivory Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Louisville. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 285 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
