Production Supervisor - safety and training (Louisville, KY)

Bright Quill Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
