Production Supervisor - safety and training (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Haven Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations.
