Production Supervisor - safety and training (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Wilder Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Little Rock, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
