Production Supervisor - safety and training (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Timber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 729 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
