Production Supervisor - safety and training (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Wilder Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Knoxville plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
