Production Supervisor - safety and training (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Junction Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
