Rivermark Amber Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
