Production Supervisor - safety and training (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
