Production Supervisor - safety and training (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
