Production Supervisor - safety and training (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Jacksonville, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
