Production Supervisor - safety and training (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Field Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
