Production Supervisor - safety and training (Houston, TX)

Cedar Ridge Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Houston. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
