Production Supervisor - safety and training (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Amber Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 621 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
