Production Supervisor - safety and training (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Bright Medical designs and makes medical devices in Honolulu, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
