Production Supervisor - safety and training (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
