Production Supervisor - safety and training (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Granite Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
