Production Supervisor - safety and training (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Union Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
