Production Supervisor - safety and training (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Linden Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
