Production Supervisor - safety and training (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Maple Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
