Production Supervisor - safety and training (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Haven Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in El Paso. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
