Production Supervisor - safety and training (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Cedar Foods is a Detroit food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 790 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
