Production Supervisor - safety and training (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Summit Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
