Production Supervisor - safety and training (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Willow Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
