Production Supervisor - safety and training (Des Moines, IA)

Northwind Analytics supports drug development and manufacturing around Des Moines. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
