Production Supervisor - safety and training (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Ember Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
