Production Supervisor - safety and training (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Willow Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Des Moines. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
