Production Supervisor - safety and training (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cobalt Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
