Production Supervisor - safety and training (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
