Production Supervisor - safety and training (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group is a Dallas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
