Production Supervisor - safety and training (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Columbus. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
