Production Supervisor - safety and training (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meadow Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
