Production Supervisor - safety and training (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Colorado Springs, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
