Production Supervisor - safety and training (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 812 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
