Production Supervisor - safety and training (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge River Press is a printer and publisher in Colorado Springs serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
