Production Supervisor - safety and training (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
