Production Supervisor - safety and training (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark North Medical designs and makes medical devices in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
