Production Supervisor - safety and training (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Rook Medical designs and makes medical devices in Chicago. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
