Production Supervisor - safety and training (Chicago, IL)

Nova Maple Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders.
