Production Supervisor - safety and training (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
