Production Supervisor - safety and training (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charlotte, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
