Production Supervisor - safety and training (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Charlotte. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
