Production Supervisor - safety and training (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vale Manufacturing Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
