Production Supervisor - safety and training (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Pine Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
