Production Supervisor - safety and training (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Charleston, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
