Production Supervisor - safety and training (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Willow Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
