Production Supervisor - safety and training (Charleston, SC)

Northwind Junction Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charleston region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
