Production Supervisor - safety and training (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Timber Auto Group Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 591 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
