Production Supervisor - safety and training (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 804 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
